Hi everyone, Ive joined this group looking for information. Im amazed at the beauty Wi has to offer. Im trying to figure out the best trail system to visit over this upcoming Labor day weekend. Im actually looking for some easy riding. Id like to rack up a few hundred miles in a couple of days. Just wanta see as much as possible. The dead horse run trail sounds cool, plus the herds of elk. Ill be in a rzr w/a few other quads. We'll be driving about 12-15 hours, so wanta get the most out of our trip. Any thoughts or advice is very welcome. Thanks

Hello!

I just finished rebuilding my 2002 Grizzly 660 and I am looking forward to hitting some trails this year. I am open to meeting some people for trail riding, much more fun when you are not going out alone!!

The Tuscobia State Trail (Wisconsin's longest ATV/snowmobile trail) is open from Park Falls west to the Sawyer County line April 15 thru November 15.

It's open from Sawyer County line west to Birchwood December 16 - November 15.

It's directly adjacent to our rental lodge on the Chippewa River, which sleeps 27 and is a popular place to stay for ATV and Snowmobile groups alike.

From the GPS data that I have seen it appears that yes you can get to both Iron River and Ashland from Danbury but I myself have never been on the trails - routes. It looks like quite a bit of zig zagging but it does appear to be possible. I am hoping to update the maps soon with up to date gps coordinates but I am not sure at this point how soon that will be.
